The Silverwood take on the offset smoker, the Wunghnu is the culmination of a long time personal interest of ours.

The Wunghnu is packed with features including:

• Large Smoking Chamber - with two removable shelves, no cut of meat is too big
• Warming Oven - keep food warm while the rest of your feast cooks above
• Large Firebox - 4 vents allow for precise control of your fire
• Heavy Duty Construction - large thermal mass keeps internal temperatures consistent despite variation in fire
• BBQ Hotplate - cook your sausages or burgers above the firebox for fast direct heat
• Dual Thermometers - mounted at either end
• Wheels and Tow Handle w. steerable front axle - easily roll your smoker around to the prefect spot
• Integrated Fat Drain - simply place fat container under drain and clean up is a breeze
• Spit Roasting* - remove trays and smoke diffuser, light fire under meat, enjoy!
• Fold Down Flue - for easier storage
• Wood Storage Shelf - easy access to your wood
