Returns and Refunds
Unfortunately, due to the size and nature of our Burners, we cannot offer a return or refund simply due to change of mind or for incorrect purchases.

Please ensure the position in which you would liked to place your Burner is suitable before placing your order.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Warranty
All Silverwood Burners are accompanied by a 5-year structural warranty, a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects and, a 1-year limited warranty on all glass components.

Unfortunately due to the nature of the use of our Burners we cannot offer any warranty on paint or surface finishes.

In order to make a warranty claim, cease using your Burner straight away, email info@silverwoodburners.com.au immediately following the discovery of your damage or defect.
It is essential that the subject line is in the following format. WARRANTY CLAIM - *insert your name here* - *insert model name here*.
Please include as many photos as possible in your initial email claim to ensure the fastest and most effective processing of your claim.
