All Silverwood Burners come fully assembled ready for installation in your outdoor area. 

Unfortunately, we cannot provide your burner in a flat packed form, as the assembly does require some practice to get it right.

All Silverwood Burners are for outdoor use only, all Burners must be undercover and protected from the elements as much as is reasonable.

Installation location must meet all regulations set by Federal, State and, Local governments in your area.

Send us an email at info@silverwoodburners.com.au and we can give you a better idea as to when you preferred Burner will be available.

All Silverwood Burners are designed for the burning of hardwood only. 

Failure to comply with this requirement will void any warranty and could cause damage to your Burner.

We are located in Nathalia, a small town in Northern Victoria.

We process all payments via our online store. We offer the following payment options:

  • Credit/Debit Card
  • PayPal
  • Direct Deposit - please ensure that all instructions for Direct Deposit are followed
  • Cash - only available for those picking up their Burner directly from Silverwood Burners

Unfortunately, due to the size and nature of our Burners, we cannot offer a return or refund simply due to change of mind or for incorrect purchases.

Please ensure the position in which you would liked to place your Burner is suitable before placing your order.

We do, of course, offer a generous warranty with all Silverwood Burners. Check out the warranty section for more information.
